袁立公益 | 她的肺里，藏了玉石

办公室常有人来，像一个驿站，迎接着那些风尘仆仆的赶路人。有二十出头的年轻人，也有六七十岁的驼背老人，还有父子一起来的。基本都是男人。

People often come to the office; it feels like a relay station, receiving those who arrive weary and covered in dust from long journeys.There are young men in their twenties, hunched elderly men in their sixties or seventies, and sometimes fathers and sons who come together.Almost all of them are men.

他们好多都是从偏远的村庄赶来，爬到二楼已经让他们连咳带喘的了，我们习惯了在递过来的病历上，看见那个共同的诊断：尘肺病。

Many of them travel from remote villages. By the time they climb up to the second floor, they are already coughing and gasping for breath. We have grown used to seeing the same diagnosis on the medical records they hand over: pneumoconiosis.

我们遵照医嘱为他们提供公益捐赠药品，问问近况，打听家里有没有在读的孩子需要帮助，如果需要制氧机，也及时安排。

We hand them the medicine according to the doctor's instructions. ask about their current situation, check if there are school-going children in the family in need of assistance, and arrange oxygen machines if necessary.

对这些远道而来的异乡人，这间小小的办公室，是一个可以歇脚的地方——喘口气，喝杯水，遵医嘱领免费的药，再回去继续过日子。

For these travelers from afar, this small office is a place to rest—a place to catch their breath, drink some water, collect medicine according to the doctor's instructions , and then return to continue their lives.

有一天，一对夫妻一起来到办公室，我们照常以为是男人来领药。他搓了搓手，说：“是给我老婆领药。”

One day, a couple came into the office together. As usual, we assumed the man was there to collect medicine. He rubbed his hands and said, “I’m here to get medicine for my wife.”

我们愣了一下。很少有女人走进这间办公室，为自己领尘肺病的药。

We were momentarily stunned. Few women ever walk into this office to get medication for pneumoconiosis for themselves.

她十五岁就进了镇上的一家小厂，做玉石打磨。干了十五年，粉尘吸了十五年。那时候只有白纱布口罩，根本挡不住漫天的石粉，车间里白茫茫一片。

She had entered a small factory in the town at fifteen, polishing jade. She worked there for fifteen years—and breathed in dust for fifteen years. Back then, there were only thin gauze masks, which could not block the clouds of stone dust. The workshop was filled with a white haze.

男人说，其实他们知道的，煤矿不能去。村里附近那几个矿，再穷也没沾过。这些年，他一直在外面找别的活干。他们以为，只要不下煤矿，就没事了。

The man said they had known all along that coal mines were dangerous. No matter how poor they were, they had never worked in the mines near their village. Over the years, he had taken other jobs elsewhere. They thought that as long as they stayed away from coal mines, they would be safe.

他搓着粗糙的手指，声音低下来：“谁知道，磨石头也要命啊。”

Rubbing his rough fingers, his voice dropped: “Who would have thought… polishing stone could be deadly too.”

她的肺里，落满了玉石的粉末。

Her lungs are filled with fine jade dust.

很多人以为，尘肺病是煤矿工人的“专利”。其实不是的。

Many people think pneumoconiosis is the “exclusive disease” of coal miners. In fact, it is not.

材料打磨

产生矿物性粉尘的行业，都可能成为尘肺的源头。 玉石切割、大理石加工、陶瓷打磨、石材抛光、玻璃刻蚀……

这些看似“干净”的手工活，在缺乏有效防护的小作坊里，每一刀切下去，扬起的致病性微细粉尘都会悄悄钻进肺里。一年，两年，十年，慢慢把肺变成石头。

Industries that generate mineral dust can potentially become sources of pneumoconiosis. Jade cutting, marble processing, ceramic polishing, stone finishing, glass engraving… These seemingly “clean” crafts, in poorly protected small workshops, release fine dust with every cut—dust that quietly slips into the lungs. Year after year—one, two, ten—it slowly turns the lungs into stone.

我们见过太多这样的病人：不是矿工，才二十出头，却一样喘不上气。他们在玉石厂、人造石英石厂，做着橱柜切割、大理石切割的工作，日复一日地磨、切、抛、钻。因为缺乏对尘肺病的认知，他们的防护常常不到位，甚至有人一边切割玉石一边抽烟解闷。由于在工作中长期吸入生产性粉尘，并在肺内滞留，肺组织会弥漫性纤维化，等到咳嗽、胸闷、爬不动楼梯时，肺悄然像石头慢慢变硬了。

We have seen too many patients like this: not miners, just in their early twenties, yet already unable to breathe properly. They work in jade factories or artificial quartz plants, cutting countertops and marble—grinding, cutting, polishing, drilling day after day. Due to a lack of awareness of pneumoconiosis, their protective measures are often inadequate. Some even smoke while cutting jade to pass the time. Due to long-term inhalation of occupational dust at work and its retention in the lungs, the lung tissue becomes diffusely fibrotic. By the time symptoms such as coughing, chest tightness, and difficulty climbing stairs appear, the lungs have quietly hardened like stone.

石材切割

那些肺里的石粉，是时代碾过的痕迹。尘肺从不是某个工种的宿命，而是我们共同忽视的伤口。

The stone dust in the lungs is a trace of the era’s grinding passage. Pneumoconiosis has never been the fate of any particular trade, but a wound we have all collectively ignored.

愿有一天，无人再为生存，把肺磨成石头——这间小小的办公室，也终将不再被需要。

May the day come when no one has to turn their lungs to stone just to make a living—and this small office will no longer be needed.

根据《中华人民共和国个人所得税法》第六条规定：个人将其所得对教育、扶贫、济困等公益慈善事业进行捐赠，捐赠额未超过纳税人申报的应纳税所得额百分之三十的部分，可以从其应纳税所得额中扣除；国务院规定对公益慈善事业捐赠实行全额税前扣除的，从其规定。

企业捐赠小知识

根据《中华人民共和国企业所得税法实施条例》第九条：企业发生的公益性捐赠支出，在年度利润总额12％以内的部分，准予在计算应纳税所得额时扣除；超过年度利润总额12％的部分，准予结转以后三年内在计算应纳税所得额时扣除。
